Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Gonichea Customer Care Texts is the text messaging (SMS) program of Gonichea (Positive Things LLC), 5630 Yahl St Ste 3, Naples, FL 34109. We use it to talk with our customers about their inquiries, quotes, orders, deliveries, store pick-ups, installations and customer support (customer care texts). Customers who also check the separate, optional marketing box may receive occasional offers and promotions (marketing texts). Customer care texts and marketing texts are separate programs: consent to one is not consent to the other.

How to join

1. Online form: fill out the form below, enter your mobile number and check the box "I agree to receive customer care text messages from Gonichea (Positive Things LLC)...". If you also want offers and promotions, check the separate box "I agree to receive marketing text messages...". Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default; you can contact us without agreeing to texts. Marketing text messages are sent only to customers who check the marketing box.

2. Text us: send a text message to one of our SMS-enabled store numbers below. By texting us you agree to receive replies about your inquiry only.

Program terms

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or order.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all text messages (customer care and marketing) at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email us at [email protected].
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy and the SMS section (Section 21) of our Terms of Service.
