Shipping policy

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. No shipments to APO/FPO addresses, AK, HI, PR or other US Territories. No international shipments. 
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy our products without delay.

Shipping Carrier
We partner with FedEx and R&L Carrier almost the tine for fast and secure delivery within the United States.

Processing Time
We prepare each shipment within 72 hours after the receipt of payment (only during weekdays). 
Orders placed after on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
The transit may take any time between 5 to 8 business days and in rare cases up to 12 days, depending on your location.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), delivery times may be extended by up to 2 additional days.

Freight Shipments
For large or heavy items such as mini splits and HVAC units, delivery may be made via freight carrier, in those cases:

• You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Curbside delivery is standard; inside delivery is not included.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

Delays or Order Issues
If there is a delay due to stock availability, incomplete information, or other processing issues, we will notify you via email.
